AdobeAcrobat Reader and .PDF files

If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, your Inspection Report can be emailed to you as an attachment in .PDF format.   (Reports in Microsoft Word format are too large for email).  .PDF file attachments can be opened instantly instead of waiting for the file to download from the internet.  While photos and other images may have somewhat lower quality than in a Word document, the quicker download time generally makes it worth the trade-off.

If you do not have Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free by clicking on the image below.  However, downloading it is more time consuming than downloading your report from the internet.  Therefore, we only recommend this option for Real Estate professionals and other frequent clients.
