Our Company...Homewerx, Inc. is an Arizona Close Corporation located in Mesa, AZ. While we perform inspections Statewide, we primarily serve the Phoenix-metro area. We have provided top quality home inspections 7 days a week since 1999.
Our Insurance… Just to give you complete peace of mind, we maintain more than adequate coverage of both General Liability and Errors & Omissions Insurance. In fact, we currently maintain several times the new state requirement for E&O Insurance. Also, unlike many one-man operations, our Inspectors are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance, which helps protect the property owner and others from liability in the unlikely event that an Inspector is injured during the inspection.
Our Staff… When you schedule a home inspection with Homewerx, you can be confident you'll deal with a professional. Rest assured that all of our Home Inspectors are compliant with current licensing and insurance requirements. In addition to having years of experience, our Home Inspectors receive intense, on-going, hands-on training to help them stay sharp. Our inspections exceed ASHI® standards and we utilize the latest equipment and technology. Our Inspectors also maintain memberships with various national organizations to keep up-to-date on current industry issues. Our Certified Home Inspectors are complemented by a team of professionals, eager to make every transaction a smooth and pleasant one.
