SLAB/STEM WALL INSPECTION* - just before the concrete is poured over the cables on a post-tension slab, or upon completion of the stem wall. Stem Wall inspection also includes a visual inspection of the underground plumbing (if it is not already buried). If the home has a basement, add $50.00.

FRAME INSPECTION * - just prior to the insulation and drywall being installed. Includes a visual inspection of the structure, trusses, sheathing/flashing, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, workmanship, windows, heating and A/C ducts, heating and A/C equipment rough-in. The Inspector also looks for items that might cause damage to the property in the future.

FINAL INSPECTION * - when construction is complete, utilities are turned on, and the A/C has been started by the builder (just prior to the final walk-through). All items covered in ‘Pre-Purchase & Warranty Inspections’ above are also covered in this inspection. The Final Inspection is 25% OFF if you have both a Stem Wall Inspection & a Frame Inspection (at full price)! Otherwise, the Final Inspection is the same price as the Frame Inspection.

All offers, promotions and guarantees above are valid ONLY in the Phoenix-metro area. Trip fee may apply outside our service area. Prices current as of 1 January 2023, and subject to change without notice. Only one discount or offer may be used at a time. Discounts are applied to the BASE INSPECTION PRICE ONLY. Absolutely NO discounts or other promotional offers may be applied to Construction Inspections, Special Inspections, Termite Reports, Re-inspections, inspections billed to escrow or inspections outside the Phoenix-metro area.

We no longer offer Price Matches. Our fees are very competitive even though Homewerx offers a much more thorough inspection than most companies, by one of the most experienced Inspectors in the Valley. Therefore most other Arizona Inspectors are not even close to being comparable. We're not the cheapest home inspection company in Arizona, but we're definitely not the most expensive either. Our fees are lower than any other Inspector we know with the same level of experience. Remember - you get what you pay for!

Inspections billed to escrow must be approved in advance, and we require a credit card to guarantee payment along with some additional paperwork.
