Those who cannot may use Online Report Retrieval to download their report from the internet in Microsoft Word format. With this optional, but FREE service, there's no need to take time away from work or family just to get your inspection report. Once the Inspector finishes writing your report, you'll receive an email with directions on how to access your report by internet. This will allow you to review and print the report at your convenience. We have taken all precautions to ensure that your privacy is respected.With the Client’s consent, Real Estate Agents may also receive a copy of the email with directions on how to print the report via the internet. This can allow the Real Estate Agent to quickly access the report for negotiation purposes. If you or your Real Estate Agent should have any questions about your report, you are always welcome to email, call us or even meet with your Inspector. Free technical support is also available 24 hours per day, if needed.Of course, you always have the option of receiving your report the old-fashioned way! Your Inspector will gladly meet with you and present the report in a professional manner, answering all questions and addressing all concerns. It’s up to you!
Technical requirements: Reports by Email requires an email address and the ability to open an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file. Online Report Retrieval requires an email address, internet access and the ability to view/print Microsoft Word97 (or later) documents.
